Important Announcements
To better serve our citizens, the Port of Spain and San Fernando offices will now be open until 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This extended service is available for all certificate applications and inquiries.

Our new electronic certificate system is now fully operational. Citizens can now receive digitally signed certificates instantly upon approval, with the same legal validity as physical certificates. E-certificates are available for all certificate types.
